SUSTAINABLE DIM SUM

Sustainable Dim Sum is a fundraising event held at City Hall in support of Environmental Defence.

Drink Inc. partnered with some of the GTA’s top chefs who created delicious dim sum items using only fresh, local and sustainable ingredients from our environmentally conscious partners.

The funds raised went directly back to Environmental Defense all in support of defending clean water, a safe climate, and healthy communities.
